Terms of Service

1. The service

Mintsite lets you describe a website in plain language and generates a working website for you using AI. You can then refine it through follow-up instructions. Generation quality depends on the AI model we use and may vary. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts and plans

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mintsite, and you're responsible for activity on your account. We currently offer:

• Free: 5 credits (1 site).
• Pro ($7.99/month): 25 credits (5 sites).
• Premium ($14.99/month): 60 credits (12 sites).

Paid plans are billed and processed through Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Credits reset monthly on paid plans and do not roll over. You can cancel anytime; your plan and credits stay active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mintsite to generate or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes someone else's rights, or is designed to deceive visitors (e.g. phishing pages or malware) — and not to attempt to abuse, circumvent, or overload the build-credit system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Ownership and AI-generated content

You own the websites you generate through Mintsite. We don't claim ownership over your content. Mintsite uses AI to generate websites, and images may be sourced from Pexels. We can't guarantee generated content is fully unique, error-free, or free of any third-party rights, so please review it before publishing commercially.

5. No warranty

Mintsite is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mintsite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service (e.g. abusing AI generation to run up costs, attempting to breach security). You can stop using Mintsite and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
